[Ok, so, Moja isn't terrified anymore by Evirea … but now she's really worried about her … and she's got a message for the guild. Even if honestly she doesn't know yet if she wants to deliver the message or if she wants to talk to Evirea again, first. But hopefully she'll find out. Maybe . Anyway, I'm actually posting this not to spread useless OOCly knowledge avoiding RP, but just because timezones are often really not helpful at all and I don't want the klyros'message to be forgotten …] (02:23:30) Moja shakes her head "The book. What I want you to know is that I've read a lot of books. And I've read stories definetly happier than the one told in your book. But. But your book was better, even if it's not easy to read. In your book there was a story. And in some happy silly book sometimes I'm not able to find any. So, that's important, and that's why when I said thank you for the book, well, it was a serious, good 'thank you'!" (02:25:19) Sacho walks down stairs to where the fire is. (02:26:24) Evirea's laughter makes her chest rise and fall, though it is muted, her lips remain closed. They finally part to show a white, pointed smile. "I am glad you enjoyed it," she replies, as she often does. "It is indeed a tragedy to write a story that has no story. It is like a hearth without a fire, a house without a foundation, a tree without its roots. Useless, unstable, lifeless." (02:28:25) Moja seems quite surprised, hearing Evirea's laughter, then she smiles and nods, still smiling. She hasn't noticed yet that there's someone else getting closer to the fire. (02:29:13) Sacho quietly, or as silently as a menki with water dipping from his fur can be, moves to take a seat on the bench. (02:31:46) Evirea doesn't turn her head to look at Sacho. She probably notices him, but her overall demeanor is sluggish and distracted. She finally stops laughing, the sound dying abruptly. "Moja. Will you get a message to the guild for me?" (02:32:58) Moja says: "Oh, sure. I mean..." she stops as she can't find anything else to say "Sure Evirea, I will." (02:34:15) Evirea says: "Tell them I may go missing soon. Whether or not I return is...questionable. I do not want them to look for me. I would prefer them not to ask questions." (02:35:36) Moja tilts her head staring at the fire, then at Evirea "No! Sorry, I mean, what? I... I get worried, if this is the message!", she looks really surprised. And confused. (02:36:02) Sacho seems to just listen. (02:37:12) Evirea does not look at Moja as she speaks. Tone measured and even, she gives off no hint of concern. Merely that same tiredness. "I'm involved in something that may not end well. There are many things coming to a head. Everything may be fine. Everything may not. I do not yet know. But to give detail is to endanger, which I will not have. Merely tell them, if something happens, not to ask questions." (02:39:07) Moja stands up, put an hand over Evirea's left shoulder and then steps back "Evirea, it took me... ages, to be able to talk to you, and I'm happy we were talking, so, so. So, I'm sure Eardstapa would agree with me, actually: this message is, is is not fine. It's not... how am I supposed to not ask questions?!", looking even more confused. (02:39:47) Sacho speaks softly. "Don't be concerned, miss. I will keep an eye out for Evirea. Trust her." (02:40:08) Moja , as she stands up notices the enkidukai "Oh. Gre... greetings?" (02:40:36) Sacho smiles warmly. "Hello, miss." (02:40:43) Moja shakes her head, looking again at the enkidukai as he wasn't here for real. (02:41:36) Evirea looks at Moja with a greatly slow motion. "Sacho," she says, more to introduce him than anything. "He's a friend." Carrying on, the klyros continues, "Your guild has plenty to worry about, and I am not something to prioritize. What I must deal with is something having to do with my own history. They are not responsible. They will not be punished. And they will not be entangled with me." She looks back to the fire. "If anyone comes to you asking questions about me, you need not lie. You tell them you know nothing." (02:43:59) Moja says: "I... I. I. should. go?", asking to the wall in front of her, then she looks again at Evirea "Please, before I, I... before I say that, may we please talk again, just, just a moment, I mean, soon?". She then looks at the enkidukai "Sacho? N... nice to meet you", quite pale "I. I am. I am Moja." (02:44:58) Evirea gives Moja an oddly soft look. The harsher aspects of her features seem to meld with the expression more easily than one might assume, and she actually looks rather approachable. "Of course," she replies. "We can talk whenever you would like to. You only need to send me a message, Moja. We're friends, are we not?" (02:46:09) Sacho nods his head. His fur still very wet, but at least no longer dipping water. "Nice to meet you, Moja." (02:48:55) Moja scratches her head, trying to answer to Evirea "I hope so, I'm glad we were able to talk... so, maybe friends is a word to say that... so, anyway, I'll sure send you a message soon, so, so, we'll talk again..." talking in a quite unsure and worried way, and nodding to Sacho... she tries to smile too, but she's actually not able to. (02:49:59) Evirea makes a vague gesture with her hand at the dermorian. "Until we meet again. Safe travels, Moja. May whatever god or goddess you prefer keep your path light, and if you adhere to none of them, may the weather happen to be especially kind wherever you happen to tread." (02:50:55) Moja shyly waves "So, so... have, have a good afternoon, and, take care... right? Take care...", nodding and walking away staring at the ground as it was moving. And, after that: (23:01:22) A groffel tries to reach Evirea and tries to knock on her knee, pointing to a message. In the message there are a few lines: "Evirea, I'm sorry, don't want to bother. But, well, it's a long time I think I'm just a bit worried and I wish we can talk, sooner or later. Just, just let me know. Actually I'm in Hydlaa. Moja" (23:02:38) Evirea replies swiftly to the message, chuckling to herself and muttering, 'must teach that one decisiveness.' She replies: "I will meet you by the plaza fountain." (23:04:07) The same lazy groffel, wearing a face somehow a bit annoyed, reaches Evirea again, with another message: "Fine."
(23:17:20) Evirea says: Forgive my tardiness. A consumer was attempting to inhale me. (23:17:55) Moja says: "Evirea, glad to see... oh, good to see you, all, here, and not inhaled somewhere else!", smiling. (23:18:14) Evirea gives a light chuckle. (23:18:17) Evirea says: How can I help you? (23:18:45) Moja says: "So... So. So, how are you?", trying to guess the answer also looking at you. (23:20:13) Evirea looks somewhat tired. There are red lines ringing her othwerise perfectly white eyes. But she smiles anyway at the elf. "I am fine," she answers. A half-hearted lie. "And yourself?" (23:21:35) Moja says: "Oh, I was, I was turned into a yulbar, a few days ago, but maybe that was just a bad dream, so nevermind... But, but... have, have maybe, perhaps, did you. Have you seen Eardstapa, lately?" (23:22:20) Moja nods in her confused way to say she thinks she's fine, after all and just waits for your answer. (23:23:29) Evirea's head cants. She blinks at the question and answers somewhat stiffly, "I have not seen Eardstapa for a few days." And then, feigning levity, she adds, "A yulbar, eh? I do hope it was a dream. I am unsure how to treat that kind of condition, should it occur again." (23:24:41) Moja gets closer to Evirea and sits and stare at the water as she was waiting for the water to give her proper words to speak. (23:25:20) Evirea's brows rise slowly, and then slope down in an expression of worry. "Are you alright, Moja?" (23:26:19) Moja says: "I am, but I am sorry Evirea. I am sorry because I'm going to ask you a question and I... I think you won't like the question...", trying to smile. (23:27:47) Evirea slides her feet over the cobbles slightly, shifting from one set of toes to the other, her expression becoming flat. "You want to know if what the letter said was true," she says quietly. (23:28:38) Moja says: "Anyway.... Eardstapa told me that a, a message was sticked on the guild house's door, and it wasn't a good one and it made me think about last day I've talked to you, when you told me you have to leave and I am worried, even if it sounds silly... no, wait, I don't, that wasn't my question, exactly...", stopping more confused. (23:29:53) Moja says: "I mean...", she again stares at the fountain waiting for words to create her question and giving Evirea enough time to say something. (23:29:53) Evirea looks somewhat surprised by that confession. "Oh." Scaled blue lids blink rapidly over her eyes, and her mouth curves into a perplexed frown. "Then forgive my assumption. What is your question for me?" She does not address the topic of the letter at all. (23:32:52) Moja tries to explain: "I mean, I don't know this... this, that person, so, I don't know if I shall believe him. But so far I've talked to you and you gave me a book, a good one. I just would like to ask you who is he. And, and, also, I'm worried, even if you seem, well, quite smarter, than me. But if you'll need help, somehow, it'd be my pleasure try to help, even if you really look one who doesn't like to ask for help." (23:33:43) Moja looks very tired after what she said, and looks at her feet hoping that they can tell her that what she said was understood. (23:35:43) Evirea stares at Moja, processing her words slowly. An expression that was blank before slowly melts into one of sorrow, mingled with guilt. "I'm sorry to have put you in so much duress," she speaks, her tone soft. "I did not mean for you to spend your hours worrying over me. I should have simply sent Eardstapa a letter myself about my possible departure. I see now I have put too much stress to bear upon your shoulders, Moja. Do forgive me." (23:38:37) Moja stops staring at her feet and looks at Evirea's face and shakes her head "Noo, don't worry" she says, smiling "My shoulders bear too much stress even when I just, I just walk here, so, I'm used to that. That could be the reason for all that confusion, so, nevermind... the point now is that, well, it seems that there is a problem. And I'd like to feel not totally useless..." (23:40:56) Evirea smiles gently at the elf. "You are not useless, Moja. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Only fools spit insults without knowing the truth behind a set of words and a face." Moving her head from side to side in a slow shake, the klyros continues, "I do not wish to endanger the guild with what I must deal with. You neither owe me your loyalty, nor would I have you risk yourselves harm. This has nothing to do with guild matters, and only to do with me. I am not a selfish person. I will not ask that you put life and limb on the line for a single, comparatively insignificant member." (23:43:03) Moja thinks for a while, then she shakes her head saying "You're wrong!", then she gets pale and with very big eyes she adds "I am, I am sorry... didn't... sorry, I mean..." (23:43:16) Moja asks for words to the fountain again. (23:43:38) Evirea does not look angry. Altogether, her countenance communicates only patience. "Indeed, only a fool claims always to be right." (23:43:50) Evirea says: I may be wrong, but that does not change my stance upon the subject. (23:46:14) Moja shakes her head again: "I mean that what I can say, about me and what I'm pretty sure the rest of the guild thinks is that, that to know that you, you, Evirea, are in some kind of danger, well that make us... sad. And the only way to feel a bit better might be probably just do something about it... so, maybe we're the selfish...." (23:47:49) Moja ends saying "I'm sorry if you wish to be alone in this, this... this this, whatever it is, but you have to understand you aren't alone. Just. It's just... facts, actually." (23:50:47) Evirea stares at the dermorian speechlessly. Her lips twitch slightly, and then tighten together as she swallows somewhat harshly. The brightness of her eyes becomes dim as they grow rather glassy. She merely stands rigidly in place, unmoving and unable to answer for the moment. (23:53:09) Moja nods at the ground "Perhaps... maybe... I, I'm sorry. I, I didn't want to say anything bad, I hope you'll just believe me, and, and maybe just, just tell me what you think about it. But, but maybe not today, right?" (23:55:26) Evirea raises her arm and draws it across her eyes. "No," she answers hoarsely. "Not today, Moja." Her head turns slightly at the greeting and she gives Lonirod a wavering smile. (23:56:15) Moja nods at Evirea this time and she says: "I know my words sometime makes no sense... Just, please, will you let me know if what I said made somehow sense, soon, or late, just some day not, not too far? Please..." (23:56:41) Moja tries to smile to Evirea but with sad eyes as she knew she made some mistake. (23:56:45) Lonirod says: Ain't lookin so fine ms Evirea! (23:57:25) Moja seems unable to notice Lonirod at the moment, and just looks at Evirea. (23:57:39) Lonirod is used to women doing whatever they can to not look at him (23:58:47) Evirea draws a shaking breath. "You did nothing wrong," she reassures her. "Do not worry, it is not your fault. I thank you for taking the time to come and speak with me. I appreciate your concern." Looking towards Lonirod, she makes a gesture to invite the largely hatted bard over, before adding to the other woman, "I will think upon what you have said." (23:59:15) Lonirod says: Whom ya havin the pleasure 'o speakin with? (00:00:27) Evirea says: This is Moja, Lonirod. (00:00:35) Evirea's voice is still somewhat hoarse. (00:01:02) Lonirod tips the front portion of his overlarge hat. "Evenin milady!" (00:01:30) Moja finally notices Lonirod and greets him trying to smile but with a tired voice, then she looks at Evirea again "So, so, please try not to forget, I'd really like to know what you think, about what I was saying... before, before" she lowers her voice "before going anywhere, maybe..." (00:02:48) Evirea nods her head slowly. "I give you my word, I will not leave without telling you where I am going, nor without speaking with you again. Will that make you feel better?" She gives the stammering dermorian a comforting smile. (00:03:15) Moja nods at Lonirod "True, I am Moja. Nice to meet you.", looking at something probably behind Lonirod. (00:03:49) Moja nods, and smile hearing Evirea's words and finally stands up, still nodding "Thank you, Evirea." (00:04:52) Lonirod says: 'm Lonirod! Whatcha gotta tell her 'bout Evi? (00:06:02) Evirea looks towards the bard. "I...have to respond to her offer of assistance," she answers, rather vaguely. "Anytime, Moja. I'm only a groffel away." (00:07:25) Lonirod says: Whatcha helpin the scalemarm with? (00:07:47) Moja answers to Evirea "Sure, if... if just that groffel wasn't that lazy....", trying to laugh. (00:07:53) Evirea mutters, "Ah ah, don't even think about it Lonirod. You've got plenty on your plate, not to mention your hat!" (00:08:06) Evirea snorts softly. "Then I shall send you a letter myself in the near future." (00:08:57) Moja says to Evirea "That may be a good idea, yes, so, waiting for that letter.", nodding.

aw jezzi ... we'd set up a jezzi thread if that diabola didn't already turn up in all the others i think there is an old teeleh thread somewhere here too get ready ... someone came a-knocking at our door ... Eardstapa points towards the guildhouse, raising both arms in a mock-grendol pose and setting off. Evirea snickers. Jezzi says: What's this? Jezzi reads the note and laughs. Eardstapa's key in the lock turns and she pauses, trying to look over Jezzi's considerable assets and see the note. "Hm?" Evirea tilts her head but cannot actually make out what's written on it from where she's standing. "Funny?" Jezzi says: Some idiot is looking for you. Making stupid claims. Plinar or something. Eardstapa's laugh suddenly dies in her throat when she gets to the signature. "Jezzi ..." she whispers to the diaboli woman. Jezzi says: What? [Guild] Eardstapa says: "Jezzi, I've heard this name before. I do not think this is a joke!" [Guild] Jezzi whispers back "I don't care who he is. This is Evirea." Evirea's tiredness seems to leave at the instant the name is mentioned. Her expression falls and she takes a step back, tripping over the stair and almost losing toppling over before she regains her footing. "Have an appointment," she says hastily, in what is a lie so blatantly obvious it's clear she's not even really trying. "I have to go." Eardstapa takes a step towards Evirea. "No! Vire, what - what is this?" Evirea trips off the last step and lands in the cobbled street, before scrambling back to her feet and putting her hands up. "I have to go." Her voice cracks. Eardstapa stops on the street too, when Evirea's hands go up. "No, no, there must be another way. Whatever they said ... there is no proof? It is all past?" Evirea keeps her hands up, a rather perfect outward demonstration of her internal tendency to push, push, push people away. "No. I have to go. I'm sorry." The klyros spins on her heel and darts into the street and, once she gets up enough momentum, she takes off using her wings in order to put unbroachable distance between them. Eardstapa runs after the klyros a short distance, realising that the gap between them is too big. Eardstapa stops, deliberates, then rushes back to examine the note again, her fists clenched and knuckles white.
