Something that may make things a little interesting: Roberet Goldsmith is Sellia Goldsmithe's grandfather on her father's side.

evirea found another message, a worse one, from the sound of it:
Evirea says: We found something hanging on the tavern door. I was curious if you might know some...revolutionaries less passive than yourselves. It threatens to kill anyone not like minded and burn down all of Hydlaa. Jezzi says: Seems kind of silly.. Eardstapa says: Didst thou save the message by any chance, Vire? Moja tryes to determine what kind of expression is on Evirea's face, while she said what she said, then notices Jilata "Jilata, hello!" Jezzi says: I mean, if you burn down the city, then what have you got left? Jilata examines the group in front of her, then nods shortly. "What a sight..." She shakes her head. "Fine." She says that without much emotion, so it sounds like some standard answer to not get someone to continue asking. Evirea glances over at Jilata, and then away again with no change in her expression. "You should probably post something below it, then, saying that your guild does not condone these threats. Set yourself apart. After all, you are openly known as having...well, a government altering mindset. Best to clarify for the people. And no, I didn't. Figured the best way to let people know was to leave it and react as they might." Jezzi says: Come and sit with us! I've got food! Evirea waves her hand at Jezzi. "Not all are as logical as that. Some are erratic." Jezzi giggles "anyone more erratic than me is a problem" Eardstapa looks troubled. "We simply seek more freedoms. These threats are extreme, to say the least." Evirea nods. "I know that. But not everybody knows that. With no one to finger point at the finger will fall to you, whether it's fair or not. Post a notice, an official one, distancing yourself from these random terrorists. Trust me, it is a wise move." Moja says: "So, you all are sure that the papers were sincere? Good, because I wasn't, so far." Jezzi puts out a hargus, thinking it will appeal to people, despite empirical evidence to the contrary on several occasions. Evirea says: I am not certain, but from my experience, it is better safe than sorry. ... Evirea says: And you can do it with tact, actually. Make a claim AGAINST it. Say how the Octarchy is not taking greater charges AGAINST such speaking, against potentially violent people and leaving civillians vulnerable. Evirea says: You set yourself apart and help your revolution at the same time.
well, Peers, what shall we do?

From what I believe we stand for ... we try to do things without violence, at least not "officially". At that we keep it to a minimum.

I would agree that refuting violence, at least officially, is in our best interest.

an "official" response, then, AND unofficial investigations to flush out the terrorist/s! eardstapa wants to go further, and sic the government on him/her/kra/them as soon as we know who posted those flyers. would jezzi like to put up the "official" response? (i'll try to get in game at some point today and/or tomorrow but i'm not sure yet whether i can) there is also a dwarf, Ciri, whom E has asked to keep eyes peeled (because from his vantage point on roofs fixing shingles he might see things). Ciri is in The Family but here's the thing: in a jekyll-hyde RP involving miscast magic, Ciri is also Sizor, a kran. single character, two faces. and Sizor may be recruited to The One - if you see him/Ciri, try!
